Hi , I was wondering if some one could help me , i want to publish a website but i dont know how .

I know that i right click on the solution and choose Publish Website , but after publishing it ,

when i see the Default page i get the message saying" this is a marker file and canot be deleted ."

I was wondering alos do i have to have IIS installed on my computer before publishing the website or not .

If any one could help me answer those questions or have other ways to publish a website using Aasp 2.0 , I would be grateful . :)

It depends among the target PC, do you want to publish the website in your own PC, or remotely on a server?

If you want to publish it on your own PC, so you must have the IIS installed, else no need.
